m-hero--simple

false

We will ask people with low back pain and/or osteoarthritis of the hip or knee and who have trouble sleeping to take part in one of three different 12-months home-based lifestyle interventions.

The first 2 months will include 6 online consults with a physiotherapist, with the option of another 2 consults at 3 months and 9 months. There is a total of 10 consults over 9 months. We will then evaluate how people respond to these three lifestyle interventions by checking their pain, sleep, quality of life etc using questionnaires, blood samples, and assessments carried out at The University of Sydney or The University of Queensland.

This study may be suitable for you if have had pain in your low back, hip or knee for 6 months or longer; difficulty getting asleep, and/or staying asleep, and/or wakening early; are willing to use a wearable watch provided by us; are willing to attend 3 in-person sessions at the University of Sydney; and can commit to participating in the study for 12 months.
